Delivery

Visit the cart to use the shipping calculator for shipping prices or alternatively request a shipping quote during checkout.
  • Checkout: Please wait for your invoice before submitting payment.  Payment should be made within 7 days of invoice and most orders are shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment. To save on shipping costs, we will no longer send a printed invoice with your order.

  • Minimum Order :  There are no minimum order.

  • Packing / Handling Fees :  There are no packing & handling fees on your order. We do not charge any Paypal® or BrickLink fee's either.  You only pay for your order and actual shipping charges, that is all there is to it. 

  • Quality / Condition :  New parts are from sets, tubs, bags, or from bulk orders that we get. These parts can still show wear and scratches due to shipping and storage. New parts are handled only for sorting and order pulling. **Parts are bagged separately by lot/color, so your order arrives pre-sorted and ready to build**. Used parts are ones that have been used by me (for a build) or have been used prior to me receiving them. These may show heavy wear or scratches. We will not sell a part that we would not want to receive. In the event of part shortages, the order will be credited the missing parts, and notification will be sent to the buyer.

  • Order Accuracy:  Every order is packed as carefully and accurately as possible. If there is an error in your order, contact me and I will be very happy to fix the problem. Errors in inventory are possible, at the end, we are just human beings, but most of the time this involves just one or two pieces and I will give a PayPal refund or store credit or be happy to send you the piece without a shipping cost to you. Please simply let us know how you want us to proceed.

  • Insurance :  We all have faith in our Postal System, but that doesn't mean that sometimes bad things don't happen! Lost or damaged packages can occur. Once your order is submitted to the Postal Service, we have no control on how it's handled. Please consider insurance on your order. We may (at our discretion), require or place insurance and tracking on your order depending on: parts ordered, size, value (purchase price) AND destination (Your country).

  • Unconditional Guarantee : Some reason, if you are not happy with your order, we will accept returns within 7 days (after you receive the itemsRefund will be given through PayPal or by store credit. Items must be returned in original condition. That means if you purchased a new sealed set, it can't be returned if it is opened. Unfortunately, Shipping and Handling charges CANNOT be refunded. It is also important to note that I have the right to deny a sale if I am under the suspicion of fraud.
